My terms and conditions are quite simple.
Goods are despatched after payment has cleared.
Returns are accepted ONLY if the item is not fit for purpose, 'not liking it now I've got it' would be annoying and my ancillary costs would be deducted from a refund. ie postage and packing.
Postage and packing is included in all items despatched within the UK, otherwise at cost to international buyers depending on what service they want.
Items sent in for repair appraisal must have the return postage pre-paid.
